No hold is active. When booking opens, a server-authoritative 10-minute countdown must appear here. Unpaid holds expire; payments with an unknown outcome require review before their space can be released.
Monday–Saturday is six days for the price of five. Add Sunday to that same bundle for 20% off its Sunday rate. Standalone Sunday is full price. Short packages must start Monday. The exact 30-day nonrecurring package prices the first 28 days as 24 ordinary days for the price of 16, plus four Sundays at 30% off. Days 29 and 30 are free, even if Sunday. Any start date is allowed. Discounts do not stack. Each county is priced separately. Marketplace page one shows the approved base rate. Any page-one premium or later-page adjustment requires a manual quote; no unapproved multiplier is applied.
Before checkout opens, all taxes and fees must be finalized and disclosed. This candidate applies no additional fee and is not a purchase offer. Placement and creative approval must be discussed; no audience, reach or impression guarantee is made.

Unused space carries clearly labeled house notices, or individually approved Ledger ads. Third-party advertisements are never copied into empty slots.
Prepare your artwork
Approved ads can link to an advertiser’s public HTTPS website; the actual destination hostname will be shown. Links are external advertisements, not Ledger stories. Static color artwork is permitted only in Marketplace Circular (the centerfold). Front-page and regular story-page artwork must be monochrome: black, white and neutral grays. No animation, video, scripts or tracking pixels anywhere. A color Marketplace ad cannot be reused on a news page without a separately approved monochrome version. Upload and pixel-validation services are not implemented in this candidate.

The whole 1200 × 1600 canvas scales proportionally to the available width. Borders are inset, never added to the artwork size. These are this candidate’s explicit design dimensions, not previously approved production dimensions.
Sale start and end dates must appear in the creative and match its approved validity window. Ads never run beyond those dates. Extra courtesy days require your permission, remain free, and must fit the same validity window; courtesy scheduling is not implemented here.
Approved, paid bookings are intended for the next eligible 4 a.m. Eastern edition (America/New_York; shared site publication schedule). Production scheduling remains disconnected. Story-page rates are available for eighth and quarter pages only; total advertising on each story or front page is limited to one quarter. Front-page rates are higher; availability is not guaranteed. Once space is reserved, it is unavailable for those dates. A specific story section is never silently replaced; Any available permits the system to choose a section before you confirm.
