Lee's Summit plans police workspace at Summit Fair

Lee's Summit said on October 28 that a police satellite office at Summit Fair was expected to open during the first week of November. The city describes the space as a base for officers and retail-theft detectives working in the area.

The new location will not accept walk-in police reports because its staffing hours will vary. Residents needing to report an incident in person should use an established police reporting location identified in the city's notice.
