Tallahassee’s downtown parks will make room for music, art and hands-on creativity when the Anhinga Music & Art Festival returns November 7.
The second-year festival runs from noon to 6 p.m. in Lewis and Bloxham Parks along the Park Avenue Chain of Parks. Admission is free.
The musical lineup begins with Green Street Sheiks at 12:30 p.m., followed by JB’s Zydeco Zoo at 2:30 and Stillwood at 4:30. Regional artists and makers will join the afternoon, while the Council on Culture & Arts will offer interactive activities, including community-inspired artwork.
Food trucks round out the gathering. For families and neighbors looking for a shared afternoon downtown, the festival offers several ways to enjoy local creativity in one place.
