Newton’s Community Connect fair will bring family resources together November 14

Newton County families will have a chance to connect with local support organizations at a free Community Connect Resource Fair on Saturday, November 14. Newton High School will host the public event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Newton County Schools is organizing the fair with Communities In Schools of Georgia, bringing together more than 25 community vendors. The district says families can explore employment, health, housing, legal-aid, food and clothing resources. The program also includes a DJ, bounce house, game truck and giveaways. By combining practical information with activities for families, the fair offers a welcoming opportunity to learn about assistance and community connections before the holiday season.
